Mabel has a few spots and doesn’t seem hugely upset, passed on to Ava who has also had a mild one. One thing out of the way.

Visited Mum and Dad on Sunday. Hot day so popped to beach for an ice cream  and paddle.

First Class Law Degree graduation day, Royal Festival Hall.

Alice and M attended with Reuben, plus Duval and Cas. A very proud mother and quite right too.

All went spiffingly well, particularly the free bubbles post graduation ceremony. Seems M had over the measure and became friends with all.

After ceremony we met up at The Swan at the Globe on Southbank. Remaining party of Mabel with me, Lola, Jacob, Jorge and Catherine.

Fantastic meal in a private dining room (nice surprise).

Another (12th?) trip to Camping Es Cana, with Reuben, Lola, Caitlin, Sion and Ava.

Brother George has returned from New Zealand via a long route through Asia. Grown a face thatch to be proud of, just wondering what he has smuggled back in there!

These last few entries are out of chronological order because I am catching up on a very busy week or two.

Lola and Tilly have now finished school, all GCSE’s taken and no more uniform. Another significant milestone.

Conor has been in hospital since last Thursday (6 days) with glandular fever, jaundice and tonsillitis. Been very ill so we have had to cancel his trip to Ibiza next week. Drove up on Sunday to tell him face to face, good  man, he took it well though I suspect he wasn’t surprised.

We will re-arrange for him to go wth a friend later in the year.
