Impulsively bought tickets to Bank Holiday Monday, as Foals were headling. Walked from Liverpool Street to Victoria Park. Two beer stops, including The Bike Shed.

Met Reuben and Laura at local pub before heading on in.

However, writing this on train travelling back. 11.42. Too old for this game. Need careful consideration how I continue. Slow, easy and stress free as possible. Might enjoy that 🙂

Mabel and I are together for 2 weeks.

Popped to Great Yarmouth for a couple of days. First day, cloudy but nevertheless went to beach. Ice cream of course and toes in the sea.

Quite a weekend. Friday afternoon Caitlin, Ava and Oscar arrive. Park then best ice cream in town. Conor arrives in the evening, we sit in the kitchen, drink, talk meaningfully (bollocks) till late.

Saturday, Mabel back from holiday, Tilly comes over. Complete. Lunch in Percio.

Presented with birthday cake. Happy birthday to me!

Everyone heads back home. Leaving Conor and me. Slow pub crawl, have to prepare for Euro Cup final tomorrow.

Well, kick off at 8, best to reserve seats at 1pm. Calculate, 1 beer per hour, 6 pints before kick off, be fine….hmmm. Obviously didn’t quite work that way.
